Email marketing is not dead. Not even close.

Sending customer service emails is essential because by doing so, you’ll show just how much you understand and appreciate each and every buyer.

Some of the emails we would advise you to send are:

  • Emails that contain discount codes, sent to the most loyal customers.
  • Polite emails, as responses to angry customer emails.
  • “Thank you” emails, whenever users refer you to their family members and/or friends.
  • Emails that celebrate important dates in consumers’ lives (birthdays, the first time they made purchases on your website, etc.)

If you need a bit of help creating these emails, check some of newsletter examples and be sure to check out the article we wrote on customer service emails that often get forgotten, and the one on shopping cart abandonment emails. Also, here’s an article that can help you fill up your email list.
