Email marketing is not dead. Not even close.
Sending customer service emails is essential because by doing so, you’ll show just how much you understand and appreciate each and every buyer.

- Polite emails, as responses to angry customer emails.
- “Thank you” emails, whenever users refer you to their family members and/or friends.
- Emails that celebrate important dates in consumers’ lives (birthdays, the first time they made purchases on your website, etc.)
