If you want people to connect with your restaurant on a more personal level, you should consider adding a News (blog) section.

Think about it.

There are so many reasons why people decide to eat a particular restaurant.

In some cases, they visit a restaurant because their friends/family members recommended the place. In others, they make a decision based off of the research they’ve done (by googling the place or checking it social media) and the feeling they had when they became familiar with restaurant’s brand, vibe, and food.

So, if you want to help site visitors make a decision to visit your restaurant quicker (without having to stalk your business on social media), be sure to add a blog to your website. You can use this section to promote your restaurant’s dishes and atmosphere; to let your site visitors  know what you are planning on bringing to the table (pun intended!) in the next period; to share a few never-before seen recipes or cooking tips. Basically, any posts you feel are suitable for a restaurant’s blog.

Note: The more posts you add to the News section, the more chances your restaurant website has to rank higher on Google. A News section can bring great SEO value to your site, being one of the primary sources of content that facilitates organic searches and brings visitors in via search engines.

Aaaand that’s pretty much it when it comes to your WordPress theme customization and website building.

However, if you are interested in running a profitable business, you are not entirely done. There is one more thing left to do 一 your restaurant promotion.
