As some of our fellow colleagues that started this movement said, and they said it well: "In business, we say the customer comes first. The reality today is that stakeholders come first." we're proud that we're among the ones that answer to ourselves as well as to the customers we serve, and not some detached board of directors who haven't got a clue about the things we make, and what it takes to make them.
We do things our way and we do them ourselves, from planning, designing, developing, to the most important part - nurturing the relationship with the customer through our caring support. And although we are not always online (since we do have to sleep and don't want to make others lose it, or even worse - outsource) you will always get an answer.
And since we don't operate with huge budgets that would allow us to make super awesome million dollar video ads that show up on the biggest sport events in the world, we have to put in a lot more work hours, more thought, and multiple cross-discipline skills, to make sure that our products eventually somehow get to your screens, while the outcomes that are the result of our joint collaboration are the magic that pushes us to go beyond.
With this said, as a micro independent business from Serbia, it's a huge honor to receive the love and support of people worldwide that helped us maintain our presence in this game since 2010. And even though this might be our own short story, there are countless other independent and bootstrapped businesses that are just like us, and with you supporting them, you support the entire community.
